The NC.40ZB-1200 CNC Busbar Bending Machine is an efficient, highly automated, and high-precision solution for bending copper and aluminum busbars. Powered by servo motors and controlled by CNC units, the machine is further enhanced by a self-developed CAD/CAM software system. Together, these features ensure that its level of automation ranks among the highest in the industry. As a result, it serves as ideal equipment for busbar processing in applications such as complete high- and low-voltage equipment sets, box-type substations, transformers, and busbar ducts.
In terms of drive technology, the machine adopts a high-inertia servo motor as the main power source, which delivers transmission force to a high-precision planetary reducer and a ground ball screw.
