The automatic customized busbar production line integrates our self-developed 602K series punching and shearing machine to enable fully automated copper busbar processing, delivering higher automation, reduced labor and waste, and improved efficiency. Its compact layout combines functional zones—from sorting and storage to processing—into an orderly, space-saving footprint.
Detailed Description
Automatic Production Process Flow:
Initially, during the manual unpacking stage, workers remove the packaging from the copper bars upon their arrival. After which, the unpacked materials are transported to the loading platform.
Following this step, an operator proceeds to input the batch quantity and material specifications into the system via the operation interface and subsequently initiates the loading process.
Thereafter, the MX602K-7C CNC busbar punching and shearing machine is started, and the corresponding processing program is loaded. At this point, the system automatically retrieves the required material specifications.
Upon receiving the material request command from the MX602K-7C, the material storage system immediately responds. Specifically, a pneumatic suction cup mounted on the gantry retrieves the required specification and transfers it onto the roller conveyor line.
Consequently, the powered rollers then transport the material directly to the MX602K-7C machine. Finally, once the material triggers the sensor switch, the machining process begins automatically, thereby completing this phase of the automated workflow.
