CNC Busbar Punching and Cutting Machine
The MX602K-8C CNC Busbar Processing Machine is designed for precise punching and shearing of busbars. It features a mold library comprising 8 punching stations and 1 cutting station, totaling 9 available stations. Equipped with high-performance German Rexroth servo motors and a Beckhoff PLC control system, the machine ensures fast and automatic mold changes. Closed-loop control of mold positioning and servo clamping guarantees exceptional accuracy and stability.
Our independently developed 2D/3D software seamlessly integrates with standard drawing formats like CAD and Solidworks. It enables one-click conversion of busbar designs into production-ready code, which can be directly imported into the machine to execute efficient punching and shearing operations.
